📋 Description

• Develop and implement end-to-end marketing solutions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Cloud Pages, and other SFMC components. • Translate marketing and business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring alignment with broader organisational goals and Salesforce best practices. • Configure and maintain data extensions, segmentation strategies, and dynamic content, ensuring accurate targeting and personalisation. • Build and maintain automated customer journeys using Journey Builder to nurture prospects and customers throughout their lifecycle. • Create reusable email templates, landing pages, and forms leveraging HTML, CSS, AMPscript, and personalising fields where necessary. • Implement sophisticated segmentation, preference centres, and triggered sends to maximise engagement and deliver relevant experiences. • Leverage Salesforce Connector or APIs to ensure seamless data flow between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and external systems (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, data warehouses). • Manage subscriber data, import/export processes, and ensure data integrity. • Collaborate with data teams to ensure the correct data model is in place for advanced personalisation and analytics. • Monitor campaign performance, identify trends, and recommend strategies for improvement (e.g., subject line testing, send-time optimisation, audience segmentation). • Use A/B and multivariate testing to refine content, segmentation, and messaging continuously.

🎯 Requirements

• Marketing Automation & Campaign Management • Solid hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Cloud Pages). • Proven track record of building and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications, social, etc.). • Ability to design data-driven journeys and personalisation strategies for various customer lifecycle stages. • Technical Expertise • Strong AMPscript, SQL, HTML, and CSS knowledge for email and landing page development. • Familiarity with Salesforce integrations and APIs for data management and process automation • Experience with other programming languages like Python and Javascript. • Collaboration & Communication • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience. • Certifications (Preferred) • Salesforce certifications, such as Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Developer, and Marketing Cloud Consultant, are highly valued. • Nice to have (Not Essential): • Experience with other platforms, such as Automation: Braze, Hubspot CRM: Salesforce, Hubspot
