🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of data engineering experience, including at least 2 years in a senior capacity. • Experience working with modestly-sized fast-paced teams. (Our technology department has ~20 members). • Significant hands-on experience with the modern data stack and an eye towards resourcefulness for the ever evolving space. • Strong proficiency with SQL and Python as well as ELT and data modeling. • Strong proficiency with Git and version+source control • Experience focused on system resilience, and care for operational excellence, observability, and reliability across the data platform. • Strong communication and/or product management skills. • Working knowledge of technical delivery through an iterative value-focused approach. • Experience with Docker and basic DevOps is a plus.
