📋 Description

• In this role you will provide support to a litigation law firm team, assisting them with a range of tasks including legal research, case discovery, legal writing, client liaison, court filings, legal document preparation and can handle high-volume caseloads. • You will join a successful law firm in the US and be assigned cases to work on, in one of the following areas depending on your experience: First Party Practice or Personal Injury.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working as a paralegal for a personal injury law firm 2+ years • Knowledge in Florida law is a plus • Fluent in advanced American English, written and oral • Bachelor's degree in Law or/and a Juris Doctor degree • Experience in legal research, case discovery, and legal writing • Experience using legal software like Clio, LexisNexis, Westlaw, Casetext • Excellent personal presentation and telephone manner
