📋 Description
• Lead the execution of the organization's digital strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and global objectives. • Oversee multiple digital transformation initiatives simultaneously, providing direction, guidance, and formal team leadership. • Balance speed and quality, ensuring solutions are scalable and maintainable. • Drive operational execution, ensuring digital initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable impact.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 10 years of experience leading complex digital transformation projects at a global scale, with demonstrated impact on business outcomes. • Hands-on experience applying Generative AI and Agentic AI to redesign business processes, enhance decision-making, and drive innovation at scale. • Strong competency in using advanced analytics to extract actionable insights, personalize experiences, and improve customer and employee outcomes. • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related discipline); a master's degree or certifications in product management, digital transformation, or AI are preferred. • Excellent product management capabilities—able to define and prioritize solutions, oversee implementation, and drive measurable value.
