📋 Description

• Own the product vision and strategy for designated AI Agent initiatives, aligning with company goals and customer needs. • Define and prioritize product requirements informed by user research, data insights, and market trends. • Collaborate with engineering, design, architecture, and data science teams to translate complex AI capabilities into usable, scalable features. • Partner with GTM teams and Product Marketing to refine positioning, pricing, and adoption strategies. • Drive continuous improvement and measurable outcomes across the product lifecycle.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally in AI, PaaS, SaaS, or enterprise software. • Proven leadership experience guiding multidisciplinary teams or managing other PMs. • Strong technical background or familiarity with modern AI/ML concepts, APIs, and developer tools. • Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills. • Deep customer empathy and a track record of shipping impactful, data-driven products.
