• Hire, lead, and coach a successful team of full-cycle sales professionals • Develop, motivate, and retain top performers • Engage your team with daily huddles, interactive meetings, and fun challenges • Manage activity and pipeline in Salesforce CRM to exceed your goals • Maintain accurate and on-time forecast reporting • Effectively lead your sales team to success hitting monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years experience leading a quota-carrying, closing sales team • Proven ability to coach, attract, and retain amazing sales talent • Track record of consistently exceeding established goals • Experience closing large deals with complex sales cycles on complex large Enterprise Accounts • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills • A Bachelor's Degree
