📋 Description

• As a Partner Alliance Manager (PAM ); you will own the relationship with selected partners by defining common business goals and actively engaging with the defined cadence. • Be responsible for building strategic relationships with different stakeholders inside each select partner. • PAMs must define and own the GTM process and goals. • Track, act, course correct and explain at any moment the joint shared plan with each Select Partner. • Drive sales alignment between our sellers and select partner reps by initiating introductions and account planning sessions.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in managing regional sales and delivery partners including VARs, Regional SIs, ISVs, and App Dev partners. • Relevant, demonstrable experience in building a channel for a SaaS software provider. • Can demonstrate a successful process for recruiting, on-boarding, and enabling partners. • Can show examples of partner business planning and tracking partner success and KPI’s. • Thrive in a fast-paced, and results-oriented environment. • Self-confident possesses a strong work ethic and has a growth mindset.
