📋 Description

• As a Senior Solution Delivery Manager (SDM), you will be essential to the successful growth of our Professional Services business. • You will partner with our Sales team to position best-fit solutions from our Professional Services teams. • This role gives you challenging opportunities to help clients design, build and deploy applications at the speed of low-code on the OutSystems platform. • You will work with high-performing global teams and with our partner ecosystem to solve interesting and innovative challenges across a wide range of companies and industries. • As a Sr. SDM, you will help enable customers and partners to take advantage of the OutSystems AI powered low-code platform to accelerate change and transform their businesses.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience positioning services and solutions into various verticals • 5 or more years of experience in a customer facing role related to software implementations • Entrepreneurial mindset • AI Awareness; AI experience is a plus • Excellent ability to understand and communicate complex business and technical subjects to Management and Technical audiences • Comfortable leading business and technical discovery sessions, scoping, and providing accurate estimates for the cost of delivery to define a statement of work • Experience in a Professional Services role in the past with a track record of consistently delivering projects • Previous success growing service bookings and accurately forecasting services revenue • Action-oriented with a result-driven attitude to drive successful engagements • Ability to work across geographies and cultures • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent work experience) or higher • Intellectual curiosity • Sense of humor • PMP, PCI-ACP and SCM is a plus
