📋 Description

• Lead and manage the India-based Security Analyst team • Own hiring, onboarding, coaching, performance management, and career development • Set team goals and expectations, run regular 1:1s, and build team culture across shifts • Own SOC operations and coverage across AWS, Azure, GCP, and cloud-native workloads • Manage monitoring, triage, escalation workflows, shift schedules, runbooks, and regional hand-offs • Set technical standards for cloud detection and response • Oversee alert triage, investigations, and incident handling for cloud infrastructure and cloud-native applications • Lead the team through incidents and guide complex cloud investigations • Define, track, and report SOC metrics and SLAs • Use data to identify gaps, reduce noise, and improve analyst effectiveness • Partner with security engineering and detection engineering on detections, tooling, and automation • Represent the India team to the Global SOC Manager and wider security leadership • Identify improvements to processes, tooling, automation, and training

🎯 Requirements

• 6–8 years of experience in security operations / SOC analysis • At least 2–3 years leading or managing a team of analysts • Hands-on cloud security monitoring, alert triage, and incident response in AWS, Azure, and GCP • Understanding of cloud-specific attack techniques and telemetry, including control-plane/API logs, CloudTrail, identity logs, and network flow logs • Experience monitoring and responding to threats against containers, Kubernetes, serverless, and SaaS workloads • Familiarity with CSPM, CWPP, CNAPP, and cloud-native SIEM tooling • Proven people-leadership experience, including hiring, mentoring, performance management, and 24/7 or follow-the-sun operations • Strong knowledge of cloud-native SIEM, EDR, SOAR, and logging/monitoring workflows • Understanding of threat landscapes, attacker techniques, and MITRE ATT&CK, including ATT&CK Cloud matrices • Experience defining and improving SOC processes, playbooks, escalation paths, and metrics/SLAs • Working knowledge of Windows and Linux • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms and cloud-native architectures • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Computer Engineering, or related field
