📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting for engineering and product roles at every level, including sourcing, screening, and closing • Own scheduling and logistics for searches, coordinating interview loops across US and overseas time zones • Build and run sourcing strategies and outreach for passive technical talent across US and overseas markets • Partner technically with hiring managers to define scope, calibrate the hiring bar, and challenge decisions using data • Own the end-to-end candidate experience • Coordinate searches across multiple levels while managing own calendar

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred • Comfort in an ATS; Overjet uses Ashby • Excellent written and verbal English communication • Juicebox experience is a plus • Full-cycle recruiting experience for technical engineering and product roles across US and overseas markets • Experience sourcing passive candidates • Comfortable working US hours
