📋 Description
• Reviewing and organizing data in Google Sheets • Researching and correcting clinic contact details using internal tools and online research • Updating records in our CRM (Salesforce) and keeping clear notes on your work • Lending a hand with other admin tasks across the team as needed
🎯 Requirements
• Highly communicative in English (ideally C1 level or upwards) • Comfortable with the basics of Google Sheets/Excel (formulas, filtering, formatting) • Detail-oriented and enjoy keeping things organized and accurate • Happy to follow structured processes, with a flexible, can-do attitude • Currently enrolled as a student • Previous experience with a CRM system (e.g., Salesforce) • German language skills
