📋 Description

• Provide support across various stages of the project lifecycle • Assist with project safety compliance efforts • Help track project progress and participate in the analysis of production • Support material/equipment procurement processes • Manage change order requests and tracking • Assist in project cost reporting and other administrative duties • Coordinate with general contractors/owners under supervision • Foster teamwork and professional development in fast-paced environments

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Construction Science, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or at least four years of relevant construction experience • Basic knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, MS Project, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint • Basic knowledge of construction software, such as Procore, Bluebeam, CMIC, etc. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities • Eagerness to learn, improve, and contribute to a team • Attention to detail and a strong commitment to safety and quality • Ability to adapt to different roles and requirements within the project lifecycle
