📋 Description

• Lead the design of natural language interfaces and AI experiences for biomedical researchers, clinicians, and partners. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver thoughtful, data-informed designs that accelerate drug discovery workflows. • Design core user experiences for AI-powered B2B products, with a focus on natural language interfaces and scientific visualization. • Conduct, synthesize, and communicate user research to inform product direction and design strategies. • Build wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals to explore, communicate, and validate design concepts. • Facilitate usability testing and continuous iteration based on both qualitative and quantitative user insights. • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, tech, and domain experts to deliver pragmatic solutions that meet user and business requirements. • Contribute to and help evolve our design system to ensure consistent, inclusive, and accessible experiences across products. • Help define and reinforce design processes that prioritize clarity, user needs, and high standards of craft.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience, with a proven track record designing B2B software products. • Mastery of AI-powered UX, including conversational design (NLP, LLMs), advanced data visualizations, and system thinking. • Strong portfolio showcasing your design process, problem-solving approach, and impact on user and business outcomes • Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics and discovery to inform design decisions and measure outcomes • Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions to diverse stakeholders • Experience building scalable design systems and using modern design and prototyping tools • Fluent English communication skills
