📋 Description

• Lead and grow a high-performing team of engineers • Provide mentorship and career development for team members • Create an environment that pulls people together and gets the best out of them • Help increase efficiency, product velocity, and quality • Establish a sense of urgency and direction; set expectations with team and individuals • Encourage innovation and foster continuous improvement • Contribute technically: able to code and fix bugs as needed • Partner closely with Design, Product Managers, and stakeholders across the company • Report to the SVP of Engineering and lead experienced senior and staff engineers

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience managing engineering teams, either directly or as a tech lead • Staff-level (IC6+) engineering experience prior to shifting into a management role • Experience building high-performing teams and hiring A+ talent • Very technically strong / hands-on; ability to code and fix bugs as needed • Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver new product features rapidly • Direct experience using AI in your everyday work • Voracious learner; continuous growth and mastery of craft • Motivated by and extremely passionate about mission to empower independent business owners
