🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years as a Build, CI/CD, or Release Engineer, with strong ownership of automation pipelines in production environments • Proven, recent hands-on ownership of iOS build pipelines: code signing, provisioning, Fastlane or Xcode Cloud automation, TestFlight/App Store delivery or teams shipping multiple iOS apps per year. • Experience building and operating Android CI/CD pipelines: including Gradle, keystore management, .aab signing, Play Store upload • Deep familiarity with CI/CD orchestration tools (GitHub Actions, Buildkite, Jenkins, CircleCI, Bitrise), runners management, and certificates/security models • Strong scripting and automation skills (Python, Bash, Ruby, or Fastlane config languages) • Infrastructure-as-code chops (Terraform/CloudFormation), containerization (Docker), and runner provisioning • Solid grasp of distributed build topology, artifact caching, and scaling runners on-demand • Ability to debug build failures across layerslocal machine, remote runner, CI agent, or test environment • Excellent written and spoke communicationable to document flows, onboarding, and provide technical training
