📋 Description

• Lead the team’s execution across several workstreams and ensure high-quality sprint delivery • Own the Sprint Planning process • Coordinate with other departments to remove blockers and support cross-team dependencies • Improve team velocity and individual capabilities through coaching, mentoring, and identifying skill gaps • Own the technical design of scalable, reliable, and clean team features • Participate in high-scale, cloud-based development using AWS and MongoDB • Conduct rigorous code reviews • Collaborate with Product Managers from initial feature concept through production • Participate in technical sessions with customers • Lead domain-related discussions and communicate with internal Customer Success teammates • Lead discussions and technical decisions for enhancements and new feature planning • Integrate AI tools and workflows into the daily development lifecycle, including AI-assisted coding, automated testing, and prompt-driven prototyping • Drive efficiency, quality, and a culture where speed does not sacrifice stability

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on development experience • At least 3–5 years in a leadership role • Deep expertise in Node.js (must-have) • Familiarity with AWS (must-have) • React experience preferred • Python experience is a plus • Early adoption of AI technologies • Passion for using AI to improve developer experience and system performance • Proven track record of managing project execution • Proven ability to deliver end-to-end features in a fast-paced environment • Strong interpersonal skills • Ability to lead a global team • Ability to communicate complex technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders
