📋 Description
• Collaborate with customer success managers and backend/frontend engineers • Participate in customer calls to gather insights for complex issue resolution • Troubleshoot urgent and complex customer issues • Handle customer request for feature enactments • Continues improvements of the system by taken backlog tasks.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. • Minimum 5 years of experience in backend development. • Proficiency in Node.js. • Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills, especially in unfamiliar or customer-specific setups.
