📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end client billing cycle and generate accurate, timely client invoices. • Actively monitor the AR aging report and pursue outstanding collections with professionalism. • Resolve client invoice discrepancies quickly to avoid payment delays. • Maximize the capabilities of Oxeon’s existing software tools to automate manual AP routing and payroll data flows. • Maintain and own the daily general ledger work to ensure pristine financial records. • Lead and manage the month-end closing process and conduct monthly bank reconciliations. • Manage vendor and contractor payments to optimize cash outflow.

🎯 Requirements

• 3 to 6 years of progressive accounting experience. • Prefer experience in a professional services firm, agency, or consultancy where billing is dynamically tied to hours, project milestones, or complex client retainers. • Proven history of maximizing accounting technology stacks (e.g., QuickBooks Online, Rippling) to automate manual AP routing, expense reconciliation, and payroll data flows. • Ability to manage a high volume of transactions with razor-sharp accuracy. • Exceptional communication skills paired with a meticulous eye for detail.
