📋 Description

• Cross-functional project management for the commissioning of network elements and network sections • Coordination of all participating departments • Management and professional leadership of the final acceptance processes for construction areas within Network Operations & Maintenance • Ensuring an efficient, quality-assured transition to business-as-usual operations • Designing, continuously improving, and establishing standardized commissioning processes across the company • Coordination with affected departments and interfaces • Establishing and continuously developing structured, transparent status reporting, including management reports • Taking on additional project management responsibilities within the department • Contributing technical expertise to the planning and execution of commissioning activities

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of project management experience, ideally in FTTH projects and in the commissioning and acceptance of FTTH construction areas • Several years of professional experience in the telecommunications or communications engineering industry • Completed degree in engineering, information technology, or a comparable field, or equivalent vocational training • Extensive practical experience in the construction or operation of telecommunications networks, preferably fiber-optic/FTTH networks • Good knowledge of active and passive network technology and the underlying network architectures • Proficiency in project management methods and tools • Demonstrated ability to plan and successfully implement complex projects in a structured manner • Business-fluent communication skills in German and English
