📋 Description

• Interact and engage with internal and external stakeholders for functional team members • Act as a Syneos Health ambassador with customers • Manage team members’ performance in line with project deliverables • Provide direct supervision of FSP360 multifunctional staff • Interact directly with customer points of contact regarding service delivery • Develop and foster collaborative customer relationships at a local level • Manage performance and daily activities of multifunctional team members against KPIs and execute mitigation or remediation plans • Manage resource availability and resolve resourcing conflicts • Solicit customer feedback and communicate and manage customer issues through escalation channels • Ensure quality, SOP/Work Instruction adherence, and compliance with federal and local guidelines and ICH GCPs • Conduct oversight visits for Clinical Research Associates as required • Maintain system updates and compliance with applicable customer and Syneos Health processes • Discuss resource needs with customers and drive local account growth • Make data-driven team decisions supporting business-unit performance • Share customer knowledge, best practices, and lessons learned across the business unit • Attract, select, and retain talent to drive revenue • Assess and place talent on projects • Participate in FSP360 account meetings, regional management meetings, and Town Halls • Provide line management and actively manage performance through goal setting, reviews, evaluations, and improvement plans • Verify training adherence and maintain training records • Provide administrative oversight of HR processes, timecards, and expense reports • Assign project work and review workload and utilization • Support professional development and Individual Development Plans • Manage engagement, retention, turnover, recognition, accountability, diversity, equity, and inclusion

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, nursing degree, or equivalent related experience, plus extensive clinical research experience in a contract research organization, pharmaceutical or Biotechnology Company, including some time in a leadership capacity or equivalent combination of education, training and experience is required • Extensive knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and other applicable regulatory requirement • Excellent written and spoken communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills • Ability to inform, influence, convince, and persuade • Strong time management, technical, and organizational skills • Ability to work independently and within a team environment • Creative problem solver who is self-motivated, flexible, open to change, collaborative, and customer-centric • Knowledge of basic financial concepts related to forecasting and budgeting • Good computer skills and ability to embrace new technologies • Ability to travel as necessary (up to 25%)
