• Responsibility for your own customer portfolio as an “entrepreneur within the company” • Developing customized solutions for and with customers by leveraging the Sikla team • Expanding long-term, partnership-based customer relationships • Coordinating teams from technical and commercial support • Targeted deployment of products and services • Independent organization with a high degree of freedom • Working at the interface between technology and business administration, as well as between the office and construction sites • Strengthening the field sales team
