📋 Description

• Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to gather and validate Finance and Supply Chain requirements across R2R, O2C, and P2P • Analyze business processes and help design scalable, maintainable ERP solutions aligned with business goals • Translate business needs into functional specifications and configuration inputs • Ensure functional deliverables meet quality standards and ERP configuration best practices • Document future-state business processes • Perform functional testing and support go-live readiness, user training, documentation, and post-deployment validation • Identify and recommend continuous improvements to business processes and system usage

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience in ERP systems, with strong functional expertise in Record to Report (R2R), Order to Cash (O2C), or Procure to Pay (P2P) • Previous experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central or Finance & Operations is required • Ability to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into ERP configurations and process improvements • Experience documenting business processes and functional designs • Experience in functional testing, including test case creation and system behavior validation • Comfortable working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments and participating in planning, reviews, and retrospectives • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional business and technical collaboration • Detail-oriented and quality-focused • Professional fluency in English • Role requires being based in Portugal or Germany
