📋 Description

• Research and analyse clinical trial markets, industry trends, sponsor pipelines, CRO activity and emerging business opportunities. • Identify priority markets, target accounts and commercial growth opportunities across Oximio's global business. • Develop account profiles, opportunity briefs and market intelligence reports that support Business Development activities. • Monitor competitor activity, market positioning and industry developments to strengthen Oximio's commercial strategy. • Support Business Development teams with customer research, strategic account planning and pre-meeting intelligence. • Create commercial enablement materials including market summaries, competitor profiles, country insights and presentation content. • Analyse CRM and pipeline data to identify trends, dormant accounts, cross-selling opportunities and areas for business growth. • Support conference planning by identifying target companies, attendees and business opportunities while providing post-event commercial analysis. • Contribute to thought leadership content, market insights and commercial messaging that strengthen Oximio's market position.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, Economics, Communications or a related discipline. • Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to transform data into actionable business insights. • Experience in market research, commercial analysis, business intelligence or sales enablement. • Understanding of Business Development processes and account planning. • Experience using CRM systems, Excel, PowerPoint and business intelligence or reporting tools. • Excellent written communication and presentation skills. • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. • Experience within healthcare, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, clinical research or healthcare logistics is an advantage. • Excellent written and spoken English.
