📋 Description

• Execute full lifecycle implementation of telecom network functions in cloud-native environments • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and cloud providers • Manage design, deployment, acceptance, operations, documentation, and support activities • Ensure smooth handover from deployment to operations with proper knowledge transfer • Work across full mobile network architecture and network elements (NEs) • Support technologies across 2G, 3G, 4G, 5G, and Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) • Manage core network functions including: Packet Core, IMS Core, Charging & Policy, Registration & Subscriber Repositories • Apply deep knowledge of telecom protocols and architectures • Implement and maintain FCAPS (Fault, Configuration, Accounting, Performance, Security) frameworks • Deploy and operate telecom infrastructure in cloud-native environments • Work with platforms including AWS, Azure, OpenShift, and VMware • Configure and manage infrastructure templates (e.g., Heat, YAML) • Ensure adherence to deployment standards and best practices • Continuously improve deployment and operational processes • Partner with R&D and Engineering teams to automate workflows • Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, reliability, and scalability • Support development of infrastructure-as-code and automation frameworks

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Telecommunications, Networking, or related field • 15+ years of experience in network architecture, wireless networking, and virtualization • Strong experience with cloud networking and infrastructure platforms (AWS, Azure, OpenShift, VMware) • Excellent technical documentation and communication skills • Strong troubleshooting, performance optimization, and production support experience • Familiarity with AI fundamentals and their application in network operations is a plus • Relevant technical certifications are an asset.
