📋 Description
• Respond to and resolve clients' technical issues (end-to-end support) • Manage client onboarding and offboarding • Fix bugs in the Dashboard (React/TypeScript) and API (Django/Python) • Support user authentication and access • Diagnose sensors and query data via OpenSearch • Perform small operations in AWS (Lambda, ECS, EC2) • Develop and release new features when support workload allows • Keep technical documentation up to date and ensure code quality
🎯 Requirements
• 3 to 5+ years of experience with Django/Python, PostgreSQL, and React/TypeScript • Experience with OpenSearch/Elasticsearch and Git • Knowledge of AWS (ECS, Lambda, EC2) and CI/CD pipelines • Excellent debugging and communication skills • English fluency and availability to work in US Pacific/Eastern time zones • Proactive, independent, and customer-focused
