📋 Description

• Own the product vision, strategy, prioritization, and measurable outcomes for an Employer of Record sub-domain • Build a systems-level view of customer journeys, internal workflows, policy constraints, data flows, and exceptions across the EOR lifecycle • Lead customer and operational discovery to identify root problems and evaluate product, process, policy, and operational interventions • Translate strategy into outcome-based roadmaps with clear decisions, learning plans, and success measures • Work with Operations and AI Engineers to improve scalability, exception handling, service quality, and cost-to-serve • Partner with Engineering and Design from discovery through delivery using prototypes and technical insight to reduce risk • Align senior stakeholders across Legal, Compliance, Finance, Operations, and Go-to-Market • Communicate strategy, trade-offs, and impact in senior forums • Contribute repeatable product practices across the Product organization

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Product Management, including demonstrable experience owning a complex product area end-to-end • 3+ years in HR tech, payroll, benefits, hiring, compliance, or another regulated or operationally complex B2B domain • Strong systems thinking across policy, operations, data, technology, exceptions, and edge cases • Proven first-principles thinking and ability to distinguish requested features from desired outcomes • Proven strategic judgment and independence in making significant decisions under ambiguity • Deep direct-customer discovery experience • Ability to constructively challenge, persuade, and align senior stakeholders • Strong partnership with Operations, Engineering, and Design • Clear executive communication with evidence of measurable customer, operational, or commercial impact • Experience in EOR, payroll, HR technology, benefits, compliance, fintech, healthcare, logistics, or comparable regulated and operationally complex domains preferred/nice-to-have • Experience scaling products or workflows across countries, customers, teams, or markets preferred/nice-to-have • Hands-on experience prototyping with AI tools or shipping responsible AI- or automation-enabled product experiences preferred/nice-to-have • Fully distributed and multicultural working experience preferred/nice-to-have • Reliable home internet connection • Fluency in written and spoken English • High standards for quality, ethics, privacy, and compliance • Must be based within +3 / -5 UTC • Must be authorized to work where you live
