📋 Description

• Manage and oversee a team of payroll specialists. • Deliver both in-house (native) and EoR payroll. • Manage, coach, and monitor the transition to Oyster's automated payroll tooling. • Ensure payroll queries are resolved in line with SLAs. • Lead role in managing payroll escalations. • Maintain professional knowledge of payroll legislative changes. • Work closely with HR Advisory for process enhancements. • Monitor SLA adherence with local payroll vendors. • Lead optimization of payroll processes across teams. • Present management reports on payroll metrics and performance to leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• Must have 7+ years of payroll experience, including at least 2 years of people management experience. • Responsibility for delivering end-to-end native (in-house) payroll for the United Kingdom. • Delivery of at least one other payroll outside of the United Kingdom. • Country-specific taxation and compliance for the United Kingdom. • Working with local payroll engines (software) in the United Kingdom and throughout Europe. • Proven track record working with finance transformation, RPA, and process improvement teams. • Experience managing payroll for 1,000+ employees across multiple jurisdictions. • Project management experience leading payroll implementations or transformation initiatives. • [BONUS] Recognized payroll qualification/diploma/certification (e.g., CIPP, FPC, CPP). • A reliable home internet connection. • Fluent English language skills.
