• Improve visibility into cash, working capital, and financial risk across the business. • Transform complex financial and operational data into clear, actionable insights. • Work across ERP systems, banking platforms, and internal data sources to develop dashboards and improve forecasting models. • Contribute to automation and AI-enabled improvements in reporting, reconciliation, and forecasting workflows.
• 5–9 years of experience in Treasury, FP&A, Risk Analytics, or Financial/Data Analytics. • Strong understanding of cash flow mechanics and working capital drivers. • Experience analyzing financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow). • Advanced SQL and strong Excel/Google Sheets modeling skills. • Experience with ERP or financial systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, banking platforms). • Strong ability to translate complex analysis into clear business insights. • Exposure to automation tools (Python, APIs, workflow tools) preferred. • Familiarity with AI tools applied to analytics or financial workflows is a plus. • Strong stakeholder management and prioritization skills. • A reliable home internet connection (or be able to get one). • Fluent English language skills.
