• Build custom AI agents that solve real business problems • Implement Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations • Create intelligent applications that surface insights clients didn't know to ask for • Develop web apps using Node.js, Python, and TypeScript • Create intuitive chat interfaces and responsive experiences • Design secure data pipelines for real-time AI interactions • Build scalable patterns that work across different client environments • Document patterns so others can learn from your work • Research and prototype emerging AI tools before they're cool
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years building software that real people use • Strong Python and TypeScript/JavaScript skills • Node.js and RESTful API experience • Hands-on LLM integration (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) • SQL chops (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL experience (MongoDB) • Docker containerization and Linux comfort • Track record of shipping full-stack apps to production • Ability to explain complex things simply (to clients AND teammates)
