• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Retail, or a related field. • 5+ years of proven experience in sales leadership management, preferably within the food safety, food retail, or big-box store industry, with demonstrated success in outside sales management. • Experience managing teams of 6+ outside sales representatives, with a track record of building, motivating, and leading high-performing teams. • Experience in managing and expanding national accounts, with a track record of driving significant revenue growth. • Strong servant leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation. • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and IT literacy, with experience managing sales processes and customer relationships through digital platforms. • Excellent interpersonal, listening, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers, vendors, and internal teams. • Strong organizational and time management skills, with keen business and financial acumen. • Proven experience leading sales teams, managing national accounts, and consistently achieving revenue targets of $20 million or more. • Expertise in "Same Side Selling" techniques and other value-based sales methodologies.
