📋 Description

• Manage projects with top-down oversight throughout entire execution to ensure success as defined and be accountable for projects scope, budget, resources and timeline • Translate roadmap planning into detailed tasks and ensure requirements are understood, deliverables are within timelines, and projects meet defined quality standards • Recommend and develop project specific agile workflows that are aligned with company wide guidelines and implement these workflows inside the working tools • Plan, implement and track core platform development activity across the SDLC from requirements gathering to versioning and deployment • Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate various technical personnel during all project phases, from initial project plan through implementation • Oversee resourcing to meet team capacity against project deliverables and allocate tasks accordingly in collaboration with team members, customers and managers • Monitor and update project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items following agile methodology best practices • Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements • Review proposed modifications on project plans, including meeting with interested parties to approve and implement beneficial changes • Participate in peer review and sign-off of others’ work • Support development teams when deploying and in investigating and fixing issues • Anticipate details of future projects by communicating directly with customers and staying informed of relevant trends and industry news • Update regularly and appropriately on plans, updates and risks

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor in Computer Science, Masters in Project Management or equivalent • Certified Project Manager (PMP) certification • 7-8+ years of Project Management experience within IT • Proven experience working with multiple clients on IT project-based initiatives • Excellent skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and growing transparency • Superb communication and presentation skills in providing pertinent and detailed information to clients and delivery / operational teams
