📋 Description

• Responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing in-app messages, push notifications, tooltips, tours, and surveys to improve the user experience for new and existing users. • Develop and implement a strategy for using tooltips, tours, and surveys to improve the user experience. • Collaborate with the customer support team to answer user questions and feedback.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong design, communication, and collaboration skills. • Experience in tooltips, tours, and survey implementation. • Experience in UX/UI design • Experience in user research • Experience in data analysis • Knowledge of Chameleon, Customer.io, OneSignal or others CRM Sportbooks systems CRM oriented • Understanding of the gaming industry • Fluency in English
