• The Solution Integrity Analyst will govern, maintain, integrate, and implement SAP software applications within the organization. • In this role, you will govern and implement the SAP instance, responsible for the SAP FI-CO modules in alignment with architecture and business processes. • This position will work closely with other Global IT and Architecture teams in a collaborative, cross-functional environment, to ensure SAP technology-enabled solutions and services meet the needs of the organization, with a focus on maintaining and protecting the TCD instance blueprint in the area of Cargill Protein Services, by the means of understanding and dispositioning all identified Solution gaps providing solution direction as guardian of the template for approved solutions, as well as approving solution change requests as a result of break fix, enhancement or upgrades.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or Business • Minimum of seven (7) years of related work experience • 4+ years of technical and functional with SAP FI-CO modules • Strong understanding of ERP design supporting direct, relevant procurement processes • Ability to translate business process requirements into process, data and technology solutions • Proven and demonstrated conflict management, influencing, negotiation and consulting skills • Ability to manage ambiguous situations • Strong written and verbal communication skills at all levels of the organization, including the ability to communicate technical and business information to both technical and non-technical audiences • Ability to travel internationally up to 30%
