• Define and maintain the product charter, including value propositions, target audiences, and success metrics. • Use analytics, feedback, interviews, and journey mapping to identify user needs and friction points. • Translate insights into improvements in event formats, content flow, interactivity, and overall experience. • Build the analytics layer and run structured experiments (A/B, multivariate) to optimize format, timing, and pricing. • Maintain awareness of trends in virtual learning and events to inform the product roadmap. • Develop frameworks to convert event outputs into derivative products (newsletters, nano-books, articles, courses). • Own key commercial metrics—LTV, repeat engagement, derivative performance—and collaborate on pricing, forecasting, and monetization.
• 5+ years in product, program, user experience, live events, edtech, or digital content roles. • Strong understanding of user experience principles and the event lifecycle. • Experience designing and running experiments to improve engagement, conversion, and retention. • Proficiency with analytics, surveys, and workflow tools. • Excellent communication and the ability to translate insights into clear actions. • Ability to work cross-functionally across creative, technical, and delivery teams. • Demonstrated ability to stay structured, calm, and effective during live delivery environments. • Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field (technology, media, product, or business preferred).
