📋 Description
• Develop, implement, educate and monitor clinical programs • Advise and support facilities in compliance with regulations • Assist in response to disease outbreaks • Monitor compliance with POC’s for recertification • Provide training to facility Administration and staff • Conduct visits to assess and train clinical staff • Develop tracking and trending reports for clinical metrics • Assist facilities in their clinical risk management efforts
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent • Master’s Degree in Nursing preferred • 20+ years of Clinical and Management experience preferred • MDS certified or Risk Management experience preferred • Proficient in Microsoft Suite products • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business periodicals and journals • Must have a Professional License active and in good standing with the State Board of Nursing
