• Complete road elevation, culvert installation, drainage, surfacing, and grading in accordance with engineering, environmental, safety, and traffic management standards • Conduct an initial site assessment and prepare a mobilization plan and work schedule • Prepare a traffic management plan and provide required safety signage • Elevate, compact, and surface Haiti Street • Install culverts and drainage systems • Implement erosion control and environmental safeguards • Submit regular progress and compliance reports with photos • Participate in the final inspection with PACT and Belmopan City Council • Submit the final report, as-built drawings, maintenance recommendations, and project handover • Provide a technical approach, work plan, project timeline, personnel and equipment plan, budget and cost breakdown, cash flow projection, and compliance and risk management plan
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field from an accredited institution • Certification or training in road construction, drainage systems, and flood management would be an asset • At least 5 years of experience in road construction, drainage system installation, or similar infrastructure projects • Demonstrated experience managing projects of similar scale, including road elevation, culvert installation, and erosion control measures • Proven successful completion of at least two similar infrastructure projects involving road elevation, culvert installation, and flood mitigation measures within the last five years • Responsibility for personnel, labour, taxes, Social Security, legal requirements, and SEAH compliance
• Duration of 6 months • All-inclusive contract price including transportation expenses and other associated costs
