• Provide support in overall project management, coordination, and fiduciary oversight to ensure the timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery of all project outputs and outcomes. • Lead the day-to-day operations of the project, ensuring effective coordination among all executing and partner entities. • Ensure that project activities are implemented on schedule, within budget, and according to the specified technical standards. • Support all financial management aspects in strict compliance with PACT's Regulatory Framework and AF Operational Policies. • Monitor project progress against the Results Framework, including core AF indicators and gender-disaggregated targets. • Facilitate communication and collaboration between PACT, CZMAI, NMS, and other key partners.
• A bachelor’s degree in Climate Change Adaptation, Natural Resources Management, Environmental Science, Coastal Zone Management, International Development, or related field with additional 3 years of relevant experience related to Project Management. • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in managing multi-stakeholder development projects, preferably in climate adaptation, environment, or natural resources sectors. • Experience with international donor-funded projects (e.g., Adaptation Fund, Green Climate Fund, GEF, World Bank, UNDP). • Experience in financial management, budget oversight, and procurement in compliance with international fiduciary standards. • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, with the ability to prepare high-quality technical and financial reports for PACT. • Ability to communicate in Spanish would be an asset.
• Travel to project sites for regular meetings and fiduciary oversight. • Support in training and capacity building for local communities and partners. • Regular communication with stakeholders for project updates.
