📋 Description

• shape churn prevention and retention offering across payments and billing platform • own churn prevention, dunning, and salvage flows • lead product strategy for dunning and proactive retention interventions • build configurable surfaces that serve diverse merchant base • own KPIs that matter for retention and revenue impact • lead end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives • align senior stakeholders around product strategy • craft compelling written narratives for decision-making • collaborate with engineering on billing logic and platform decisions

🎯 Requirements

• hands-on experience with payments, billing, or comparable consumer-facing fintech at scale • understanding of subscription economics, churn mechanics, dunning strategy • experience with high-volume, buyer-facing products • technical credibility and ability to reason about billing systems, APIs, and trade-offs • data-fluent and metrics-led • ability to use AI as a force multiplier in research, writing, and analysis • history of building and shipping in scale-up or startup environments • outstanding written and verbal communication skills • comfort managing trade-offs across various stakeholders • value regular, in-person collaboration with team
