📋 Description

• You develop and produce organic content for YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok • You conceptualize and create short- and long-form videos • You plan and organize weekly video shoots and execute them independently • You handle video setup, filming, editing, and creative editing • You develop static creatives and graphics for ads • You conceptualize, create, and coordinate user-generated content (UGC) • You develop new creative ideas for paid advertising strategies • You test hooks, messaging, and formats and optimize creatives based on performance • Together with the team, you build a tutorial library for paddy • You produce testimonials directly at schools and occasionally travel to other cities for this purpose • You contribute your own ideas and help increase consistency, variety, and speed in content production

🎯 Requirements

• You have practical experience conceptualizing and producing social media content • You are confident handling video setups, filming, and editing • You have already produced both short- and long-form videos • You can create static creatives and simple graphics for ads • You understand how content works on YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok • You have experience with UGC—ideally both creating it and coordinating with external creators • You can quickly turn an idea into a publication-ready creative • You have a strong instinct for hooks, storytelling, visual language, and current content formats • You work in a structured, reliable, and self-directed manner • You use modern AI tools to move more quickly from idea to finished content • You speak German at a native level and have good English skills • You are occasionally willing to travel for shoots at schools • Examples of videos, social media formats, ads, or other creatives you have produced yourself
