📋 Description

• Develop and produce organic content for YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok • Conceptualize and create short- and long-form videos • Plan and organize weekly video shoots and execute them independently • Handle video setup, filming, editing, and creative post-production • Develop static creatives and graphics for our ads • Conceptualize, create, and coordinate user-generated content (UGC) • Develop new creative ideas for our paid advertising strategies • Test different hooks, messaging, and formats, and optimize our creatives based on performance • Build a high-quality tutorial library for paddy together with our team • Produce testimonials directly at schools and be willing to travel occasionally to other cities for this purpose • Contribute your own ideas and help increase consistency, variety, and speed in our content production • Work directly with the Founder and Marketing teams • Own the process from the initial idea through filming to the finished creative

🎯 Requirements

• Practical experience in conceptualizing and producing social media content • Proficient in video setup, filming, and editing • Experience creating both short- and long-form videos • Ability to create static creatives and simple graphics for ads • Understanding of how content works on YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok • Experience with UGC—ideally both creating it and coordinating with external creators • Ability to quickly turn an idea into a publication-ready creative • Strong instinct for hooks, storytelling, visual language, and current content formats • Structured, reliable, and able to work independently • Use modern AI tools to move more quickly from idea to finished content • Native-level German and good English skills • Willingness to travel occasionally for shoots at schools • Examples of videos, social media formats, ads, or other creatives you have produced yourself
