📋 Description

• Identify and qualify new prospects from a mix of inbound (80%) and outbound (20%) leads. • Execute high-volume cold calling, emailing, and social selling to meet monthly KPIs. • Deliver tailored pitches that demonstrate the superior financial and social impact of PadSplit. • Host group presentations for real estate investors to showcase PadSplit’s value proposition. • Maintain accurate deal flow in Salesforce and SalesLoft, ensuring timely follow-ups. • Work closely with Sales Ops, Marketing, and Customer Success to create a seamless partner experience. • Share customer insights to help refine our sales strategy and influence product development. • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in consultative B2B inside sales, with a track record of exceeding goals. • Proficiency in phone, email, and text-based prospecting and outreach. • Skilled in managing accurate data and workflow within Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools. • Strong ability to engage, educate, and influence small to mid-market clients. • Confident speaking and presenting over video to groups or individuals. • Curiosity and enthusiasm for real estate and the future of housing innovation. • Embodies PadSplit’s values—compassionate directness, integrity, optimism, curiosity, empathy, and strong work ethic. • Background in real estate investment or prior success in an early-stage startup sales role.
