📋 Description

• Provide technical leadership for the evolution of the enterprise AI Agent platform, defining architectural standards, best practices, and guidelines to ensure scalability, governance, and reusability. • Serve as a technical reference for engineering teams, supporting architectural decisions and accelerating the adoption of generative AI solutions across the organization. • Design and implement advanced architectures for intelligent agents, including orchestration, memory, context, external tools, and integration with enterprise systems. • Build and enhance robust mechanisms for agent observability, monitoring, auditing, traceability, and evaluation, ensuring reliability and quality in production. • Lead the definition of frameworks, reusable components, and accelerators for developing AI-based solutions. • Evaluate and guide initiatives involving AI agents, identifying opportunities for standardization, efficiency gains, and reduced technical complexity. • Develop MVPs and strategic solutions that serve as references for the entire company, promoting the adoption of AI best practices. • Contribute to bringing critical platform components in-house, ensuring greater control, security, operational efficiency, and technological independence. • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, promoting technical alignment across different AI initiatives and sharing knowledge with the internal community. • Participate in defining the company’s AI technology strategy by monitoring trends, evaluating new technologies, and proposing enhancements to the ecosystem.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in software development and distributed systems architecture in highly scalable, mission-critical environments. • Proven experience serving as a technical reference, Tech Lead, Specialist, or Solutions Architect. • Hands-on experience building AI Agents, multi-agent systems, and LLM-based applications. • Advanced knowledge of AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Spring AI, CrewAI, AutoGen, or equivalent technologies. • Advanced knowledge of Prompt Engineering techniques, including Few-Shot Prompting, Chain of Thought, Tree of Thoughts, Self-Ask, and other structured reasoning strategies. • Experience implementing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures, embeddings, vector databases, and semantic retrieval mechanisms. • Experience defining and implementing evaluation metrics for AI applications, including automated evaluation, benchmarking, experimentation, and A/B testing. • Knowledge of AI observability, including prompt monitoring, execution tracing, cost analysis, quality metrics, and auditing. • Experience with cloud environments (AWS, OCI, or Azure), focused on resilient and scalable architectures. • Knowledge of security for Generative AI, including Prompt Injection, Jailbreaks, data leakage, guardrails, and AI Safety practices. • Ability to translate business challenges into scalable and sustainable technical solutions. • Experience with large-scale enterprise Generative AI platforms. • Knowledge of Machine Learning Operations (MLOps) and LLMOps. • Experience with fine-tuning, model customization, and language model evaluation. • Certifications in Cloud, Software Architecture, or Artificial Intelligence. • Experience in high-transaction environments and digital products serving millions of users. • Participation in technical communities, talks, articles, or open-source projects related to AI.
