📋 Description

• Lead discovery and solution shaping for GenAI and agentic AI initiatives with client stakeholders, users and technical teams • Drive early-stage opportunities with account executives, product analysts and technology SMEs • Prototype solutions, define scope, implementation roadmaps and effort estimates • Translate ambiguous business problems into validated AI solution designs • Build rapid proofs of concept using real or representative systems and data • Evaluate AI frameworks, platforms and tools, including LLMs, vector databases, orchestration frameworks, cloud AI services and agentic tooling • Present complex AI, architecture and delivery concepts to business and technical stakeholders • Support solutions through MVP or first production release • Define AI quality and business impact evaluation criteria, including accuracy, groundedness, tool-call correctness, latency, cost, adoption and workflow effectiveness • Ensure solutions follow security, compliance, Responsible AI, observability and production-readiness principles • Convert field learnings into reusable solution blueprints, evaluation frameworks and service accelerators

🎯 Requirements

• Seasoned hands-on technical leader evolved from full-stack or server-side software engineering into GenAI and agentic AI • Experience designing, prototyping and integrating systems combining LLMs, agentic frameworks, enterprise data and business workflows • Experience combining established engineering patterns with emerging AI capabilities for production-ready solutions • Ability to guide teams and clients through ambiguity, prototype rapidly and validate assumptions • Ability to engage executives, product teams, operational users and engineers • 8+ years of experience in IT, including strong software design and engineering experience • 2+ years of hands-on experience architecting or building GenAI or agentic AI systems • Experience with modern LLM ecosystems such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Azure AI or AWS Bedrock • Experience supporting presales solutioning, discovery, prototyping or early delivery for AI engagements • Strong understanding of LLM orchestration, retrieval-augmented generation, vector databases, prompt engineering and tool-calling patterns • Understanding of AI workload cost modeling, token usage, inference scaling and hosting models • Proficiency with AWS, Azure or GCP and related AI/ML services • Experience leading technical discussions with engineering and non-technical stakeholders • Strong software engineering fundamentals, API design, integration patterns and production-readiness practices • Knowledge of CI/CD, containerization, observability and DevSecOps • Excellent communication, presentation and documentation skills • English proficiency required • Legal right to work in the country where the role is based
