📋 Description

• Provide technical leadership to developers, data scientists, and AI engineers • Define deployment strategies for the AI Center, including resource allocation and timelines • Ensure the integration of AI solutions with legacy systems and IT infrastructure • Design and implement machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing (NLP) models • Optimize algorithms for high performance in big data and cloud computing environments • Develop data pipelines for model training and validation • Apply Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) to track goals and deliverables • Prepare technical and management reports for stakeholders • Ensure compliance with AI security and ethics standards, including Brazil’s LGPD • Promote research into emerging technologies such as generative AI and edge computing • Collaborate with universities and strategic partners within the innovation ecosystem • Develop team capabilities through mentoring and technical training • Develop test plans for the functional and performance validation of AI systems • Conduct unit, integration, and field testing • Identify and fix bugs while optimizing code for improved performance • Work collaboratively with hardware, software, and mechanical engineering teams to ensure complete system integration • Participate in project meetings for technical alignment and requirements definition

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field • Advanced English proficiency • Extensive experience in software development, with a focus on AI/ML projects • Experience leading technical teams and managing complex projects • Experience deploying solutions in the cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure) and integrating them with high-availability systems • Knowledge of privacy and ethics regulations applicable to AI, such as Brazil’s LGPD • Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL, as well as frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn • Experience with REST/gRPC APIs, microservices, and containers (Docker, Kubernetes) • Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and big data tools such as Spark and Hadoop • Familiarity with DevOps/MLOps and CI/CD tools such as GitLab and Jenkins • Availability to travel • Postgraduate degree or AI certifications, such as AWS Machine Learning, Google AI, or Microsoft AI Engineer, preferred • Project management certifications, such as PMP or Scrum Master, preferred • Knowledge of edge computing and IoT for medical or industrial applications, preferred • Proficiency in HDL (VHDL/Verilog) and synthesis tools (Vivado, Quartus, ModelSim), preferred
