📋 Description

• Establish and automate CI/CD pipelines for the agile release of AI/ML systems and mission-critical applications • Ensure high availability, observability, and ongoing support of critical production systems • Lead cost governance (FinOps), monitoring consumption and implementing financial optimization tactics • Manage and continuously evolve our cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), pursuing state-of-the-art solutions • Develop architectural improvements to support GenAI demands, focusing on low latency and scalability • Work closely with Data Scientists to improve the model lifecycle through MLOps practices • Create guardrails and automations to detect financial anomalies and reduce resource waste.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record as a Platform Engineer, SRE, or MLOps engineer in high-criticality environments • Advanced knowledge of public cloud ecosystems (multi-cloud AWS and GCP) • Deep expertise in container orchestration with Kubernetes (GKE or EKS) • Strong technical proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools, specifically Terraform • Established experience in FinOps, including billing analysis and asset optimization • Proficiency in Python for developing internal automation tools • Analytical mindset focused on unit economics and striving for operational efficiency • Experience with Generative AI tools (such as LangChain or CrewAI) and LLM monitoring (nice to have) • Familiarity with Kubernetes cost visibility solutions (Kubecost or similar) (nice to have) • Industry certifications (GCP ML Engineer or AWS Solutions Architect) (nice to have) • Previous experience in SaaS business models or the FinTech sector (nice to have)
