📋 Description

• Responsible for leading and advancing advanced Analytics and Machine Learning solutions applied to risk (credit, fraud, AML and collections), connecting data and models to the business strategy, with a strong focus on modeling, feature creation (feature engineering) and decision-making. • Provide technical leadership for strategic modeling and Advanced Analytics projects. • Develop features and advanced predictive models (credit scoring, fraud detection, collections, etc.). • Build frameworks and best practices for the development and monitoring of features and models. • Work closely with business stakeholders to translate problems into analytical solutions. • Contribute to business studies, hypothesis testing and AI/ML initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in Python and SQL (Spark is a strong plus). • Solid foundation in statistics and applied machine learning. • Experience with feature creation and exploratory data analysis. • Experience with classification models (GBM, XGBoost, Random Forest, etc.). • Experience with feature engineering and feature stores. • Experience with model monitoring and model lifecycle (MLOps). • Experience with large-scale data and Cloud environments (AWS / GCP / Azure). • Experience building risk models (credit, fraud or anti-money laundering - AML).
