📋 Description

• Maintain relationships with card networks/payment brands. • Manage and ensure adherence to rules, mandates, releases, and regulatory requirements. • Monitor projects related to mandates. • Support Commercial, Product, and Regulatory teams. • Centralize incident management and notifications. • Interpret documentation to guide internal teams. • Act as the interface with Risk and Compliance teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree. • Solid experience in the payments industry (acquiring, issuing, gateway, or sub-acquirer). • Direct experience working with card networks/payment brands (Visa, Mastercard, Elo, Amex, regional networks, benefits schemes, etc.). • Experience building relationships and negotiating with external stakeholders (card networks, banks, partners) and internal stakeholders (engineering, product, regulatory). • Strong understanding of transaction flows (authorization, settlement, and holds/withholdings). • Understanding of card network rules (mandates, releases, compliance, best practices). • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite — Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. • To stand out in this role, it would be a plus to have: direct prior experience interacting with card networks. • Knowledge of local regulations (ABECS, BACEN). • English proficiency.
