📋 Description

• Develop scalable, secure, highly available software for critical applications that handle large volumes of data. • Lead the design, development and implementation of new features and products, ensuring delivery and continuous improvement. • Define and evolve application architecture with a focus on scalability, performance and maintainability. • Create solutions that simplify processes and deliver a better customer experience. • Plan, estimate and analyze impacts and risks related to changes in applications. • Define and monitor quality, availability and performance metrics for the applications developed. • Collaborate with different areas of the company and Business Teams to understand needs and propose technical solutions. • Work with the Security team to ensure the platform’s reliability, integrity and protection. • Contribute to the advancement of the team’s technical practices by sharing knowledge through initiatives such as Dojo and Pair Programming.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or a related field. • Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming, data structures and algorithms. • Experience developing with Java. • Experience with version control using Git. • Experience with CI/CD pipelines. • Solid knowledge of API modeling, documentation and implementation. • Experience with relational and non-relational databases. • Experience with distributed, resilient, scalable and high-performance architectures. • Experience with Message Brokers and streaming platforms. • Knowledge of distributed Batch processing. • Experience with software engineering best practices, including automated testing, security, monitoring and documentation.
