📋 Description

• Develop and maintain Java applications, APIs, and microservices using Spring Boot. • Participate in the squad’s architecture decisions by evaluating and substantiating technical trade-offs. • Build asynchronous integrations and ensure the consistency of transactional flows. • Instrument, monitor, and support services in production. • Use Artificial Intelligence tools in software development, critically evaluating their output and ensuring the quality and security of solutions. • Conduct code reviews, contributing to code quality and the dissemination of technical best practices. • Mentor and support the technical development of team members.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience in back-end development with Java and Spring Boot in a production environment. • Experience developing microservices and REST APIs. • Experience with messaging systems, using Kafka, SQS, or similar technologies. • Experience with cloud computing and containers. • Experience with automated testing and CI/CD. • Experience with relational databases, including data modeling, transactions, and query optimization. • Experience with non-relational databases such as Redis, DynamoDB, or MongoDB. • Knowledge of criteria for selecting relational and non-relational databases according to solution requirements. • Experience using coding assistants such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor, with the ability to critically review AI-generated code. • Knowledge of Kubernetes. • Knowledge of Terraform. • Knowledge of observability. • Knowledge of event-driven architecture. • Experience in payment services, fintechs, or financial institutions. • Experience with high-volume, highly available systems.
