📋 Description

• Design, develop, and evolve high-performance, highly scalable applications and microservices. • Define architectural standards, coding best practices, and engineering processes. • Work with multidisciplinary teams, promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing. • Build resilient and observable solutions in distributed environments. • Contribute to high-impact technical decisions across the product ecosystem. • Support team growth by mentoring developers and promoting continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience with Java (design patterns, streams, concurrency, performance optimizations). • Proficiency with relational databases, especially Oracle. • Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB and Amazon DynamoDB. • Knowledge of data sharding. • Experience with Amazon SQS, RabbitMQ, and Apache Kafka. • Experience building event-driven architectures and asynchronous communication. • Experience developing scalable, resilient microservices. • Experience with REST, gRPC, and asynchronous communication. • Good practices in versioning, contract management, and integration patterns. • Hands-on experience with containers and orchestration: Kubernetes and AWS ECS. • Strong knowledge of distributed architectures and high availability. • Experience implementing and analyzing telemetry with OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, and distributed metrics. • Experience with monitoring, tracing, and structured logging. • Knowledge of distributed caching architectures. • Experience diagnosing and optimizing performance in services and databases.
